Description

This is just a mere sketch I made using diffrent shades of pencils, and to test my shading and anthro abilities.
It's a bit messy, yeah, but it's a sketch. What do you expect.

There is a meaning to this picture, and it's almost like an optical illusion. You see, it's hard to tell if one's the male, or if the other's a female. Usually, according to virtual colorations, darker wolves mean male. (But in real life, the color doesn't mean anything towards the wolf's gender.) But which one seems like he/she is submitting? And if the black one were to be the male, the arm would be OVER the female's, but it's not. And there you have it, a perfectly strange illusion.

Though I'll tell you, the darker one is the male, yes, but only because it has more definition in it's muscles. The female's arms are over his, because she was somewhat suprised by his sudden tackle and movement of dance. Chest furs point to one thing, the middle, their heart and emotion rising into the pitch black sky. (Haha, no bg on this. Can't tell. Nyah. :P) It wasn't until today that I gave more definition in the female's face.

Oh yes, I am looking for Mustek 1200 UB drivers for winXP. If you know where I can download a good one, please note me. It will make my scanner work again! :D

As of right now, I can't take snapshots. And no, this wasn't the traditional piece I was talking about in my journal. For that one is actually colored. This one I just forgot to upload when I showed it to a couple of buds over IM's. Probably the last traditional piece you'll seen until I get that driver and/or dad hooks up camera wire again.

That is so adorable. The faces...they look so innocent and naive. Like two little 5-year-olds playing around, or something. You know? The eyes are so expressive! This is a wonderful picture. I love your pencil shading skills! <3
